Frequently asked questions

When do you pay out commissions on referred customers?
On the first business day of the month following the billing period. Minimum payout is ₽5,000; smaller amounts roll into the next period.
What if a customer stops paying?
Commission accrues only on the customer's active payments. If they churn, you don't return what you've already been paid — you simply stop receiving commission.
Can I combine affiliate and reseller?
Not on the same customer — they're either an affiliate referral (billed directly by h3llo) or a reseller customer (billed by you at your own price). Across different customers, yes, both at once is fine.
Is there a cap on payouts?
No. The most active partners take home six-figure sums per month. We pay what you earn — no ceiling.
What do I need for a tech partnership?
A working product or prototype that makes sense to integrate with h3llo (e.g. monitoring, CI/CD, observability, migration). Apply via the form, reply within a week.
