Are prices public or 'contact sales'?

Public. Every number on this page is what you actually pay. No asterisks, no 'depends on region'. There's one Scale tariff where price is negotiated — because the volumes are such that an average number tells you nothing.

Welcome credit 4 000 ₽ — what's the catch?

No catch. You sign up, the credit lands automatically and burns on any resources in your first month. Didn't spend it? It expires after 30 days. No card required.

How is the monthly bill calculated?

Compute (vCPU + RAM) is billed by the minute; disks and LB by the second, rounded to the hour; S3 by actual stored bytes per month; egress by volume. The console has a live counter: you can see exactly what you'll owe at month-end, right now.

Why is h3llo cheaper than AWS / Yandex?

We built the cloud for the Kubernetes era from day one: fewer legacy services, a single control plane, our own hardware in Russia — no need to pay for currency risk or transatlantic links. Plus transparent pricing without hidden egress surprises.

Can I migrate existing infrastructure?

Yes. Our migration team helps for free with projects up to 20 VMs or a single cluster of up to 100 nodes. Larger migrations are a separate SOW, usually 2–6 weeks depending on volume and dependencies.

What's in the SLA?

Starter — best effort, no SLA. Team — 99.9% on compute and 99.95% on S3, ×10 credit on breach. Scale — custom SLA starting at 99.95%, MTTR ≤ 15 min on P1 incidents.

Can companies pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Sole traders, LLCs, public sector — invoice, act, VAT invoice, all through Russian EDI (Kontur, SBIS). Net-30 for verified customers after 2 months.
